Interpretation

Mixed night. The CPAP metrics are mostly fine — AHI 1.45 is well below the 30-day baseline, Leak_Avg 0.44 is at the low end of the range, and Leak_90 is actually 0.0 (lowest observed in the 30-day window). But two signals stand out and both deserve attention.

First, Pressure_90th hit 11.34 cmH2O, the single highest value in the last 30 days. The auto-titrator responded to something, but the obvious drivers aren't elevated: OA 8 is modest, H 1 is a single event. The most likely explanation is that flow-limitation at mid-pressure thresholds — the kind that doesn't register as a scored obstructive event — drove the titrator up. Min_Above_010 at 10.6 min is in the normal range, so this isn't a dramatic FL load, but the titrator can respond to shorter-duration FL bursts than daily aggregates capture. Not clinically concerning, but worth flagging as a divergence from the usual event-driven titration pattern.

Second, Apple Watch recorded 21.1 min of awake time — roughly 3× the 10-night trailing average, with REM minutes 53.7 the lowest in 10 nights. Sleep efficiency dropped to 94.1%, well below the usual high-90s. This is the first night in recent memory where the Apple Watch data looks clearly worse than the CPAP data would predict. Possible explanations: (a) a non-CPAP sleep disruption (noise, caffeine, stress, pain), (b) a stage-detection anomaly on the Apple Watch, or (c) a real sleep-fragmentation event that didn't trigger scored CPAP events. One night is noise, but keep an eye on this.

The Leak_Max of 33.6 is the second-highest in 30d (behind yesterday's 34.8), continuing the brief-transient pattern. Leak_Avg/90 are both low, so the mask is sealing well most of the night.
