Interpretation

Second consecutive good night on the obstruction front: AHI 1.23, OA 7, H 1 — all at or near the low end of the 30-day range. The event-mix pattern that drew attention 2026-09-25/26 (elevated hypopneas) has clearly broken; this is the lowest H count in 10 nights.

The one new flag is the Leak_Max spike at 34.8 L/min. That's the highest single leak-max in the 30-day window, but it is not accompanied by elevated Leak_Avg (1.04, well within the recent week) or Leak_90 (3.6, down from last night's 4.80). The signature of (high Leak_Max + low Leak_Avg + modest Leak_90) is classic for a brief transient event — most likely a mid-session mask shift that lasted a few minutes and then self-corrected. Not a persistent-leak concern. However, the Leak_Max value is high enough in absolute terms that if it recurs tomorrow, it's worth examining mask fit or headgear tension.

Week-over-week leak is still clearly elevated vs the prior week (+115% / +210%), but the trend has eased from the 2026-09-26 peak. If the next few nights continue in the pattern of 2026-09-27/28, the running-week averages will drop back toward baseline by mid-week.

Apple Watch recorded TIB 386 min with awake 7.5 min — the 2nd-lowest awake count in 10 matched nights, consistent with the lower CPAP event load. Deep sleep 13.79% is normal; REM 25.60% is in the typical mid-20s range. Sleep efficiency 98.0% is strong.

Overall this is a comfortably normal night; the only item to track is whether the Leak_Max transient recurs.
