Pressure_Avg 7.40 7.43 → -0.4%
Pressure_90th 10.01 9.84 ↑ +1.7%

Notable: Leak_Avg drift resumed (+15.9% WoW), and hypopnea counts jumped +57% WoW while OA and CA both fell — the event mix is shifting toward partial-obstruction events, which is consistent with the elevated flow-limit exposure this week.

High- vs low-leak bucket comparison (split at Leak_Avg median = 0.77 L/min):

Directional: low-leak nights average 1.2 pp more deep sleep. Tonight sat in the high-leak bucket (Leak_Avg 1.21 > 0.77 median), and deep sleep at 8.05% is -6.1 pp below the high-leak bucket mean — worse than what leak alone would predict. So leak explains part of tonight's picture, but not all of it.

Interpretation

Tonight is a second low-deep night in three, and this time it can't be waved off. After yesterday's rebound (17.64%), deep sleep dropped back to 8.05% — closer to 09-05's 5.35% than to the user's 13.47% 30d baseline. The two-night flag threshold from the 09-06 report was on REM (which came in fine at 22.47%), not deep, but the underlying "sleep architecture is unstable" concern from 09-05 is now revived. Three-night deep sequence: 5.35 → 17.64 → 8.05. That's not measurement noise smoothed out; that's high volatility.

Leak is a plausible contributor tonight — but only partial. Leak_Avg 1.21 is +48% above the 30d baseline, Leak_90th 3.6 is +53% above baseline, and Leak_Max hit 21.6 L/min. Tonight is the highest Leak_Avg since 09-03. Historical correlation between Leak_Avg and Deep% is weak-negative (r = -0.17), and the high-leak bucket averages 14.10% deep — well above tonight's 8.05%. So leak is directionally consistent but the magnitude of the deep drop is larger than leak alone predicts. Something else was in play.

Flow-limit exposure is the more concerning signal. 21.3 min above FL 0.10 is the highest of the recent 10-night window, and FL_p95 at 0.11 sits right at the previously-flagged threshold. Meanwhile hypopnea WoW jumped +57% (3.14 vs 2.00) while OA fell -13%, suggesting the airway is trending toward partial-obstruction physiology rather than full-collapse events. AHI alone (1.85) undersells this because it's dominated by discrete apnea counts; the flow-limit and hypopnea data together indicate more subtle upper-airway resistance that fragmented sleep architecture without producing scoreable apneas.

Device response was measured. Pressure_Avg 7.23 and Pressure_90th 10.40 are both slightly higher than 09-06 (6.72 / 9.44) but well within recent-window norms. The AutoSet nudged pressure up in response to the flow-limit picture, but didn't escalate hard — no runaway pressure. The 90th pressure at 10.40 is at the upper end of the recent range (10-night range now 9.44–10.40), which is consistent with the elevated FL work but not excessive.

AHI story is a non-story tonight. 1.85 sits right on the 30d baseline. The 09-06 "AHI streak broken" narrative held for exactly one night; we're back at baseline, not above it. Central apneas remain the persistent minor pattern (4 of last 8 nights with ≥1 CA), still not clinically material but worth continued tracking.

Total sleep improved modestly. 6h 26m tonight vs 6h 10m on 09-06 (+16 min). Sleep efficiency 96.7%. If REM concentrates in the last third of the night, the longer window may explain why REM held up (22.47%) while deep sank — deep is early-night dominant, and if the early hours were fragmented (by FL/leak), that architecture suffers first.

Watch items rolling forward: - Deep sleep volatility (elevated priority). 5.35 → 17.64 → 8.05 over three nights. If tomorrow lands below 12% (below the 30d baseline again), we have a genuine deep-sleep suppression pattern rather than noise. Flag becomes urgent if 3-of-4 nights come in below baseline. - Leak trend. Recent 7d Leak_Avg 0.91 vs prior 7d 0.78 = +15.9% WoW. The dip on 09-06 (0.27) masked a rising trend. If next 7d Leak_Avg stays above 0.90, that's a mask-fit issue worth acting on (check headgear tension, cushion wear, sleeping position). - Flow-limit exposure. 21.3 min above FL 0.10 tonight is a recent-window high; FL_p95 at the 0.11 threshold. If tomorrow also comes in with Min_Above_010 > 15 and/or FL_p95 ≥ 0.10, that's a two-night pattern suggesting upper-airway resistance is trending up (possibly seasonal allergies, weight change, or position). - Hypopnea WoW +57%. Small counts (3.14 vs 2.00 avg), but the direction combined with elevated FL suggests partial-obstruction physiology. Track next week. - CA count. 4 of last 8 nights with ≥ 1 CA. Continue monitoring.

Subjectively: Despite decent efficiency (96.7%) and adequate total sleep (6h 26m), the low deep sleep and elevated flow-limit exposure suggest tonight was probably not restorative in the way efficiency alone would imply. If the user feels unrested this morning, the architecture data supports that reading.
